Meeting Rooms
The Kent Event Centre has the Astor Pavilion and in addition 3 rooms located in the administration building Alan day House.
Astor Pavilion
This building has a Main Hall 18m x 8.4m (151sqm) and seats 160 theatre style. There is a small office/administration room as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
Users will have access to private washrooms, telephone and public address points, state of the art audio and visual equipment and new tables and chairs. Ideal for seminars, small parties and catered events.
Detling Room
The Detling Room is located above the Kent Event Centre administration offices and provides an ideal venue for meetings. The room can accommodate 50 people theatre style and has a fully equipped kitchen area. Private washrooms are located next to the room. Wireless internet and telephone access is provided in addition to a large flat screen LCD Television, OHP, Video/DVD ad an integrated sound system.
Stockbury Room
This small room is ideal as a breakout area during seminars or to facilitate small workshops. Comfortable seating is provided or the room can be cleared and used as a refreshment area for your event.
Thurnham Room
This room seats 12, with access to private washrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for small board style meetings or training events. It has telephone access and audio visual equipment is available.
