Self Build Exhibition 'Build It Live' returns to the Kent Event Centre.

‘Build it Live’ returns to the Kent Event Centre in Maidstone on 22 and 23 February 2025.

‘Build It Live’ is where you can find everything you need for a self build or renovation project all under one roof. As well as the Land Zone to find the perfect building plot, invaluable free advice is available from some of the UK’s leading independent self build experts.

Visit award winning businesses exhibiting at the show and take part in live seminars and workshops.

With 53% of adults aspiring to build their own home at some stage in life according to a Building Societies Association survey visiting ‘Build It Live’ is the ideal time to find out if you can turn your dream into reality and take advantage of all the benefits that self building has to offer including:

Organised by Britain’s longest running self build magazine the ‘Build It Live’ exhibitions will take place in Kent, Oxfordshire and Exeter in 2025.

Bringing Build It magazine to life, ‘Build It Live’ is the UK’s most practical and focused self build show designed to provide face-to-face inspiration and the opportunity to take part in seminars including listening to first time self builders as they share their own self build journey.

A visit to the show is an opportunity to save on costly consultancy fees as expert advice is free, so bring along your own plans to discuss with Build It’s experts.

Where to buy tickets

Tickets are now on sale from the website. The standard ticket price will be £12 per person. Children under 16 are admitted free with an accompanying adult.

Open Saturday between 10am and 5pm and Sunday between 10am and 4.30pm. Tickets are valid on either day or can be used to attend on both days.

We have used the Clive Emson Conference Building and associated rooms at the Kent Event Centre for our annual conference since 2014. The building provides a very large, flexible space for conference seating and ample room for attendees and exhibitors to mingle during the breaks, enjoying a coffee or lunch. Ample parking is available, which is an essential for any large event.

The staff are always professional and guide you through the event from start to finish, and happily deal with any last-minute requests.
