The Chilham room is located on the first floor of the Clive Emson Hall with access available via stairs or lift from the ground floor.
This light and airy room boasts fully fitted AV facilities including a data projector, screen and speakers and air conditioning, making this the perfect venue for all-day meetings, training or small conferences.
Adjacent to the room is a refreshment area and private ladies, gents and disabled toilet facilities. Hard-standing car parking including designated disabled spaces is just outside the building.
For large events within the Clive Emson Exhibition Hall, organisers can hire the Chilham room in conjunction with the Bredhurst room or as a syndicate or breakout space.
All rooms can be hired on an all-inclusive Day Delegate Rate or standard room hire to create a bespoke package.
