The Cornwallis room is a versatile space offering built-in AV facilities and cargo door access to allow large machinery and equipment to access as needed, creating a unique meeting space.
Located on the ground floor of the Clive Emson Exhibition Hall, the venue is fully accessible and can be reached through the cargo doors or through the Bearsted room, which can be used as additional space and is kitted with cladded walls and altro flooring.
Adjacent to the room are ample ladies, gents and disabled toilet facilities. Hard standing car parking including designated disabled spaces is located directly outside the building.
For large events within the Clive Emson Exhibition Hall, organisers can hire the Cornwallis room as a syndicate or breakout space.
All rooms can be hired on an all-inclusive Day Delegate Rate or standard room hire to create a bespoke package.
